Osceola Rural Water is proud to annouce the release of a new Mobile App and Customer Portal!  Customers can use either the App or Portal to view account information, make payments, report outages and receive alerts for outages and restorations. The Mobile App can be found in your phones App store by searching "ORWS". The customer portal for your PC is available using the following link: https://online.mypcsportal.com/online/owonline or by clicking the slide at the top of the screen.  Please make sure your phone number and email address are up to date in our office.
